Since its inception, UXplorer has been more than just a UX design competition — it has been a platform where young minds and emerging talent get the space to imagine, design, and create solutions that matter. Every year, yuj conducts UXplorer to spark curiosity, celebrate innovation, and empower the next generation of designers and technologists.
Over the years, each edition of UXplorer has reflected the evolving landscape of technology and design. We carefully select themes that not only challenge participants but also prepare them for the emerging shifts shaping the future.
One such shift today is the rise of agentic AI. Unlike single-task assistants, agent-based systems can take initiative, collaborate with other agents, and solve complex problems in purposeful ways. From healthcare to enterprise workflows, the potential of these systems is undeniable — and the need to design them responsibly is greater than ever.
UXplorer 2025 Theme: Multi-Agent Systems
Against this backdrop, UXplorer 2025 embraced the theme of Multi-Agent Systems. This year, participants from across the globe came together for a high-intensity, 48-hour hackathon, where they were challenged not just to ideate, but to design and prototype intelligent, multi-step systems capable of tackling real B2B problem statements. The focus was on creating working solutions that demonstrated how multiple AI agents could collaborate effectively to deliver real impact.
To make participation even more rewarding, UXplorer 2025 offered students a range of exciting benefits, ensuring that their efforts could translate into both recognition and real-world opportunities:
- Funding support up to ₹1 Crore from yuj to further develop their AI agents
- Cash prizes up to INR 1 Lakh
- A chance to join yuj in building and scaling its Multi-Agent System
- Official accreditation from yuj
- Customised certificates and trophies
These incentives not only recognized the creativity and hard work of participants but also provided a platform to bring their ideas to life, gain professional credibility, and contribute to real-world AI innovation.
The response was overwhelming. With 500+ registrations and more than 250 teams participating, this year set a new benchmark for UXplorer, highlighting both the excitement around Multi-Agent Systems and the growing relevance of AI-powered design.
Celebrating the Winners
Three teams stood out for their ingenuity, execution, and ability to bring complex ideas to life in just 48 hours:

Gold Winners — Yash Luhadia and Gaurav Ojha
Project: Hospi
Hospi reimagines hospital onboarding with a five-agent platform that makes patient check-ins seamless. From OCR-driven intake to conversational triage, smart scheduling, reminders, and post-care support, Hospi reduces hospital onboarding to a calm 10-minute flow. Early pilots cut check-in time by 60%, auto-filled 80% of forms, and boosted patient satisfaction — proving how thoughtful UX paired with lightweight AI can transform healthcare experiences.

Silver Winners — Meghna Ajith and Shriyans Gandhi
Project: Aegis: The AI Project Navigator
Aegis simplifies project management by deploying specialized AI agents for planning, risk tracking, progress monitoring, and identifying blockers. The agents communicate seamlessly across tools like Jira, Slack, and GitHub, reducing manual check-ins, preventing context switching, and keeping teams aligned.

Bronze Winners — Nandini Sharma and Anshuman Gupta
Project: Agentic AI Project Assistant
This platform coordinates cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Content through multiple intelligent sub-agents, all guided by a central Operational Agent. The system streamlines workflows and ensures smooth execution across departments.
Jury Observations and Outlook
The process of identifying the winners was as rigorous as it was inspiring. The jury evaluated entries in two stages. In the first phase, every submission was carefully reviewed to assess creativity, feasibility, and alignment with the theme. From there, a select group of teams advanced to the second phase, where they presented their solutions through live demos and one-on-one interactions.
This two-tiered approach allowed the jury to not only see ideas on paper but also experience them in action. What stood out was the clarity, originality, and technical execution across many projects — making it one of the toughest years to finalize just three winners. The process reinforced how much emerging talent is ready to shape the future of AI and design with fresh, purposeful ideas.
Opportunities Beyond Recognition
At yuj – a global ux design company, we believe recognition should lead to opportunity. All three winning teams from UXplorer 2025 have been offered internship opportunities, allowing them to continue developing their skills, work alongside mentors, and apply their ideas in real-world projects.
Looking Ahead
UXplorer 2025 has set a new standard for what this competition can be. As we look forward, our mission remains the same: to create a space where innovators can experiment boldly, challenge norms, and bring purposeful ideas to life. When talent meets the right platform, the impact extends far beyond the competition itself.
