Reporting to: CEO
You will work on:
- End-to-end resource management to ensure smooth and effective delivery
- Collaborate with key drivers of business (Delivery and Sales)
- Enable the implementation of strategies towards 100% fulfilment of business needs and eventually YOY growth
- Strategic pool management and effective re-deployment of the project ramp-down associates
- Improve forecasting and tracking of the demand globally
- Generate career growth opportunities for internal associates through IJP (Internal Job Posting) and other organizational initiatives
- Create strategies to develop new resource supply channels and fulfil un-forecasted demand
- Work with stakeholders such as Delivery Managers in order to understand the skills and areas for development for all assigned resources and upcoming opportunities
- Report to stakeholders on fulfilment of critical accounts
- Enable internal Build pipeline for niche skills
- Define hiring SLA and improve YoY to save billing loss
- Bench Management and project ramp-up with defined timelines
- Train employees on their roles and responsibilities within the overall resource management process and the usage of the resource management systems in line with the process

You will work on:
- Identifying strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generateoutbound lead opportunities via different channels
- Generating leads via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn reach outs, events,andwebinars
- Identifying prospective client personas via different social media platforms
- Driving lead opportunities and developing new business via phone and masscommunication such as email and social media
- Providing engaging and articulate information about YUJ’s value proposition inalignment with the prospect’s requirement
- Preparing lead tracker, weekly report, and monthly report
- Maintaining well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activityreports within the system
- Efficient management of the sales pipeline using YUJ’s processes
- Confidently participating in the preparation of proposals and the presentation,viawebinars or face-to-face meetings
- Representing YUJ at corporate events or sales meetings independently or withcolleagues
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales lead targets
- Providing accurate and timely information as required to account managers,the salesdirector, and senior management

- Developing a strong knowledge of YUJ’s services in order to facilitate the salesprocess

- Support RMG and delivery function in the fulfilment process
