Graphic Designer
You are:
The ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, results-driven environment. As a Graphic Designer, your job entails talking to stakeholders and defining business needs before informing creative visualizations. You thereafter focus on creating graphics, illustrations, and creative layouts for our organization’s web and marketing needs. You’ll be responsible for determining the design language system and the overall appeal of all marketing collaterals.
To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
Pune (Hybrid)You will work on:
- Trigger conversations with marketing heads, business owners, and project owners to gather insight and requirements.
- Create a design brief and present it for quick validation of goals
- Brainstorm and conceptualize alternative creative visuals based on the vision, goals and needs
- Validate alternatives with business and team members
- Amend designs based on review feedback
- Preparing finished art by using necessary equipment and software.
- Coordinate with internal departments, outside agencies, art services, printers and others as necessary for the project work at hand.
- Participate in other projects beyond your own within the marketing department
You will love the role if you have:
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
- Up to 4 years of exceptional graphic design experience
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations and graphic works
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to plan and manage design projects while working methodically to meet deadlines
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Figma, InDesign Quark, iMovie, Illustrator and so on.
- Sound knowledge of photography could be a plus
