Junior Visual Experience Designer
Visual Designer (UI Designer or Product Designer)
The ideal candidate gets to work in a high-collaboration, fast-paced, and result-driven environment. Applicants must have substantial experience informing designs through critical design thinking, and proven mastery over visual design principles and their application on reports, portals, end-to-end custom and low-code applications (eg. SDFC, Power apps) and mobile apps.

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of practical experience in all user-centred design processes, mockups, adhering to design principles, and human behaviour.
- Demonstrate expertise in all UCD activities: user profiling, task analysis, journey mapping, information architecture, navigation models, concept modelling, VX strategy, high-fidelity interaction design
- Rock-solid portfolio with UCD artefacts
- Apply design thinking to complex systems, including B2B, B2C, websites, web applications, and mobile devices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus for proficiency in user research, modern BI tools and low-code applications
- Preferred experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of the healthcare sector
You will work on:
- Innovate and deliver the visual experience by driving discussions and gaining strong insights into business goals, brand perception, product goals, and user expectations.
- Have exceptional attention to detail, and create visual design strategies that represent the highest levels of quality (wow factor), efficiency, consistency, scalability, and accessibility, following universal design principles.
- Execute and drive visual experiences for multiple projects working closely with the client, UX and UR experts.
- Deep understanding of Atomic Design Structure and develop design systems suitable for intricate multi-product environments
- Present design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience and rationale.
- Create standards, style guides, and specification documents, that get delivered to the customer. Coordinate with technology teams to bring designs to reality.
- Be highly proactive in managing communication at all levels, ensuring project deliverables are completed with high quality and delivered on time.
You will love the role if you have:
- 2 plus years of experience working successfully within interdisciplinary project teams and collaborating with business units, product managers, interaction designers, user researchers, content managers, and engineers.
- Prefer candidates who hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BDes/MDes/BE/BTech) in a visual design field, including graphic design, interaction design, illustration or comparable design discipline.
- Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of healthcare is a plus
- Ability to travel to client locations (25%) to work with teams and provide in-person expertise.
- Understanding of modern BI tools (eg. Power BI, Tableau) and low code applications (eg. Power Apps, SFDC), as well as UI Frameworks is highly desirable.
- Solid experience working with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator)
- Proven mastery over visual design principles and their application on a large-scale multi-device system.
- Working knowledge of UCD methodology, information architecture, navigation models, and interaction design principles and how they impact visual experience design.
- Think high-level business dive deep into a specific design challenge and develop alternative solutions that are usable and ‘wow’.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, management, negotiation, presentation and client relations skills. Ability to trigger business discussions with program managers, CTOs, CIOs, and CEOs.
- A clear and effective presentation style to inform and influence important design decisions and maintain credibility.
- Be organized showcase excellent time management skills and be highly detail-oriented.
