Digital Marketing Executive
In this role, you will represent the digital marketing front at YUJ Designs. YUJ is a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and result-driven environment.
The role requires you to be an enthusiastic, proactive with an innovative mindset to translate marketing strategies through apt media options. You would be the on-the-ground frontrunner for Marketing team, demonstrating continuous engagement with all departments across all our marketing reach outs.

Critical selection criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of practical experience in SEO, SEM and Digital Marketing
- Able to join within 10-15 days full-time for Pune Location, work from office in hybrid mode (MWF)
- Proven experience in B2B environments, working with enterprise clients across diverse industries.
You will work on:
- Conceptualize and assist in producing in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels optimally
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience across marketing collateral, website, intranet, etc.
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Advertising, or a related field with the passion for visual storytelling and the ability to tell complex stories with simplicity.

- Sound knowledge of SEO, marketing practices, techniques, and outcome expectations.
