yuj.DNA is a live, immersive transformation program that helps designers evolve from execution to strategic leadership. Unlike typical UX courses, it’s built on real-world systems—not hypothetical projects—with deep focus on strategy, influence, AI integration, and leadership.

This is ideal for designers feeling stuck in execution loops, team leads aspiring for strategic growth, AI-curious professionals, and anyone looking to future-proof their design career with systems and leadership thinking.
How does this program benefit my career?

When and how does the program run?
Live, interactive sessions are held every Saturday (IST) on Zoom/Teams. Occasional in-person meetups may happen in Pune depending on interest and feasibility.
What’s the time commitment each week?
Expect to spend 7–9 hours outside the live sessions on reflection, assignments, and reviews. Deeper engagement yields stronger outcomes—learners can pace it based on their goals.
What will I build or get by the end?
You’ll graduate with a Certificate of Completion, strategic artefacts, personalized feedback, and career-shaping outcomes. Your final capstone demonstrates your growth as an AI Experience Architect.
Is this only for designers? Can PMs or developers join?
While designed for UX professionals, PMs and developers with strategic intent are welcome to apply. Some modules are broadly relevant across roles.
What’s the format of learning—solo or collaborative?
Highly interactive. Labs include critiques, team breakouts, peer reviews, and journaling. You’ll join a network of professionals across industries and roles.
What if I miss a session? Will I still get personal guidance?
Live attendance is ideal, but recordings and notes are available. Mentorship, peer syncs, and optional 1-on-1s ensure you stay on track.
