Head of Experience Design and Delivery
We’re looking for a Strategic Design Leader who will take charge of creative execution, operational excellence, and team performance. Your role will be to uphold yuj design delivery and quality standards, scale operations to suit current and future market requirements, integrate AI- driven innovation, and delivery driven customer retention and acquisition. Responsible for driving customer retention initiatives to enhance customer’s business by applying principles of design consulting.

What You’ll Own and Deliver
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams—Design Directors, UX & Visual Designers, Front-End & AI Developers—across diverse project types: UX, visual design, service design, AI-integrated experiences, design systems, and digital transformation.
- Ensure high-quality design are delivered across all projects—on time, on budget, and without escalations.
- Mentor and elevate senior leaders, building a culture of accountability, high ownership, and rapid execution.
- Deploy AI tools and operational enhancements to boost team efficiency, scalability, and delivery speed.
- Drive performance tracking, design audits, and reporting systems that provide real-time insights.
- Partner with leadership to evolve operations, refine offerings, and expand business impact.
- Champion a “no-surprises” culture—marked by proactive problem-solving, strategic foresight, and delivery consistency.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of experience in UX/Product/Experience Design leadership roles, managing teams of 70–150.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, high-impact design programs across industries (B2B, B2C, Enterprise).
- Expertise in user-centered design, usability, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional team management.
- Strong grasp of Agile methods, design systems, AI-enablement, and scalable delivery operations.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a bias for action and excellence.
