a single-function packed interface. The focus of this project was mainly the enhancement
of product and asset lifecycle management.

The project is a convenient, centralised way to register all the internet security appliances and security services.

Defining the Problem

The existing workflows were broken and confused the users.
A consistent experience of registration, licensing, and renewal
across products was required.
A comparative view of threat activities was missing. Real-time investigation of the threats that adds to the knowledge of the
user was another unmatched requirement.
The product lacked in providing contextual guidance at each step, resulting in a dependency on customer support. In addition, there was substantial training cost involved in onboarding a new user.
User-centric Information hierarchy was absent in the previous designs affecting the productivity of users.

YUJ delivered a solution basis the data-driven design approach. The project was put in motion by co-creating
with stakeholders and collaborating with users closely. We identified, fixed the gaps in the current product
and built the solution on these key factors –

Simplicity

The design solution we delivered unified all the security offerings via an integrated, end-to-end platform. It eliminated the complexities of day-to-day operations by simplifying oversight, visibility, and governance of the cybersecurity ecosystem.

Guided Approach

The data-driven design took the users on a journey to complete their tasks. The designed screens are goal-driven to facilitate faster and efficient decisions. For instance, visual cues designed to grab the user’s attention for critical information.

Contextual Awareness

The designs present users with insightful data. It identifies the risk and also the reasons behind the risk. This enables the users to make well-informed decisions in a shorter timeline.
