A brand synonymous to high-quality water purifiers in India, is focused on offering an enhanced IoT-enabled experience for its customers. YUJ Designs has partnered with EFL to deliver a digitally connected experience that helps the customers use the products remotely, stay informed about the products they are using and its benefits to their health.

a connected app + appliance that helps them make healthier choices. EFL is aiming to be the front-runners in technology innovation in the water purifier category. It is a first step towards connecting all home appliances on a single app, to create smart spaces.

The vision for the connected app was to deliver simplified and seamless experiences keeping the users needs at the core.
- Real-time contextual data of quality of water, device working condition, minerals in the water, amount of water consumed, at the tap of a finger, helps induce healthier lifestyle habits in users.
- Accurate and timely remote defect detection through the app reduces appliance downtime. The app maintains
a record, notifies and even reminds the user predicting maintenance of the device. The app tracks lifespan of product parts, finds spare parts and manages annual maintenance contract. - The app lends users easy and faster access to a 24/7 support for the device being used.
